Chair Yoga and Relaxation for Seniors

Taught by Susan Pellegrini

Thursday mornings at 9:30 at South Amboy Senior Center, 108 S Stevens St.

The class is 45 minutes and includes:

  • Relaxation and Warm Up Exercises
  • Breathing Exercises
  • Chair Yoga Postures
  • Deep Relaxation and Healing Sound
  • Yoga has been shown to help alleviate or reduce many health challenges
  • Yoga is a holistic experience, which rejuvenates the mind, body and spirit
  • Yoga practice is shown to improve quantity and quality of sleep
  • Wear comfortable clothing and bring water to class

Susan Pellegrini is certified through IKYTA & trained at Golden Bridge Yoga & Level 2 Training at Kundalini Yoga East both in NYC
